Recipe #1: Waffles
Ingredients 2 eggs, 6 tbsp melted butter, 1/3 cup of milk, 5 tbsp of sugar, 1 pinch of salt, 1 cup of Yunta Tica's Cassava Flour, 1 tsp baking powder and 1 tsp of vanilla essence.
Procedure
1. Mix the eggs, milk and butter.
2. Separately mix Yunta Tica's Cassava Flour, the baking powder, sugar and salt.
3. Add to the liquid mixture, the dry mixture.
4. Place 1/3 cup of the mixture in the waffle maker, to make each waffle.
Recipe #2: Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients 2 cups of Yunta Tica's Cassava Flour, 3/4 cup brown sugar, a pinch of salt, Chocolate chips (If desired), 1 tsp baking powder, 1/3 tsp baking soda, 1 tsp vanilla, 2 eggs, 1/2 cup of milk, 1/2 stick of melted butter.
Procedure
1. Mix the eggs with the sugar and butter. Add the vanilla.
2. Combine the Yuntarina with the baking powder, baking soda and salt.
3. Add the dry mix to the wet mixture and finally add the sesame seeds. Moisten with the milk until you get a mixture suitable for forming cookies with a couple of spoons.
4. Form the cookies with two spoons in a mold with baking paper, leaving space between each one as they will rise in the oven.
5. Bake at 185°C top and bottom, for 15 to 20 minutes.
Recipe #3: Grandma's Dry Cake
Ingredients 1/2 cup butter at room temperature (not melted), 3 eggs, 1/4 cup of warm milk, 1/2 cup of sugar, 1 cup of Yunta Tica's Cassava Flour, 2 tsp, of baking powder, A pinch of salt, Zest of 1 lemon.
Procedure
1. Mix the butter with the sugar, the eggs and the zest.
2. Sift the Yuntarina with the baking powder and salt over the mixture and mix.
3. Add the warm milk and mix.
4. Pour the mixture into a greased and floured mold with Yuntarina.
5. Bake at 170°C for 35 to 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Remove the pan from the oven, let cool on a wire rack and unmold after 15 minutes.

Our average product life is of 12 months, most of the times exceeding this lifespan if guaranteeing good storage conditions.
Besides, our double layer packaging helps prolongued storage by reducing moisture exposure and keeping the product untouched by other biological hazards.
No technical note is required to transport Industrias Yunta Tica’s Cassava Flour, nor is any level of refrigeration required.
